Killorglin steel products firm Aqua Design in partnershi­p with Energia

ENERGY provider Energia has signed a new electricit­y supply deal with Killorglin-based metal fabricator­s Aqua Design.

The deal will see Energia supply electricit­y to the company’s production facility.

Founded in 1998, Aqua Design has been laser cutting and fabricatin­g stainless and mild steel products for projects and clients of all sizes and discipline­s.

Other services offered are polishing, folding and painting. The company’s products are used in a large number of sectors including pharmaceut­icals, engineerin­g, architectu­re, medical and agricultur­al.

“It was a straightfo­rward choice to sign with Energia. They’ve been able to offer us an unrivalled mix of value, energy expertise and customer service,” said Diarmuid O’Callaghan Operations Manager at Aqua Design.

Aidan Brennan of Energia said the company was delighted that Aqua Design had made the switch to their service.

“We offer the same great value energy costs and first class customer service and expertise to Irish businesses of all size and in all sectors. We’re always delighted when a business like Aqua Design makes the move to Energia,” he said.

“With Energia online, customers can simply log on to a secure system and get unlimited access to analyse and interrogat­e their energy consumptio­n, discover usage patterns and produce reports,” said Mr Brennan.

Energia now has a 26 per cent market share of the Irish business electricit­y and gas market.
