The overall winner of the McElligott­s Honda Ladies Day on Friday 15th of September at the Listowel Harvest Racing Festival will win an all new and super stylish Honda Jazz for a year plus a cheque for €3,000! Details of the amazing first prize were announced by David Fitzmauric­e, Chairman, Listowel Race Company and Patrick McElligott, Managing Director, McElligott­s Tralee at the official ladies day launch at Listowel Race Course, County Kerry. Judges were revealed as Ireland’s top TV personalit­ies and best known TV duo, Daithi O’Se and Maura Derrane assisted by Kerry footballer and McElligott’s ambassador Dave Moran. This is the third year of the McElligott­s Honda sponsorshi­p and in addition to the all new Honda Jazz with €3,000 cash for the Best Dressed Lady, there are also prizes for the Jazziest Headpiece, Most Iconic Lady, Most Glamorous Young Racer and Most Stylish Selfie! Last year the McElligott­s Honda Ladies Day attracted a record crowd of over 29,000, confirming it as one of the most popular and stylish events on the Irish racing and fashion calendar. The annual 7 day Listowel Harvest Racing Festival runs from Sunday 10th to Saturday 16th of September 2017. The winner of the McElligott’s Honda Best Dressed Lady will receive the all new Honda Jazz for a year plus a cash prize of a cheque for €3,000. The first runner up will receive a cheque for €1,000 and second runner up a cheque for €500. In addition, Listowel Races are sponsoring a prize of €500 for the most Glamorous Young Racer under 25 years of age, with a runner up prize of €300, and 2nd and 3rd runner up prizes of €100. The winners of the McElligott’s Honda Jazziest Headpiece will receive a cheque for €500; the McElligott’s Honda Most Iconic Woman will receive a Holden Leathergoo­ds designer bag, the McElligott’s Honda Best Dressed Couple will win a weekend for two in the Brehon Hotel Killarney and the McElligott’s Honda Most Stylish Selfie will receive €300. The Most Glamorous Young Racer and the Most Stylish Selfie are open to entry from fashionabl­e male and female racegoers.
