Girls u6 - U8 girls Saturday 11.30-12.15. u10- U12 Girls Wed 6-7pm. U13 BoysPlayed their fist home game of this East Kerry league last Monday evening against Cordal/Scartaglin. The boys played to the best of their ability but unfortunately the boys game up short. They give 100% every time they pull on that blue and gold jersey,& that is all the coaches ever ask of them. FIXTURES: McElligott Cup semi-final Spa v John Mitchels Friday September 15th in Spa at 6.15pm.Co ChampionshipKerins O Rahillys v East Kerry Sat Sept 23rd @4.30pm in Austin Stack Park. LADIES FOOTBALL Senior ladies played two games last week. First up was East Kerry league and lost to Milltown on the night Spa 1-11 Milltown 4-7. Next was away to Currow and came away with a draw 3-11 a piece. U16 girlsSpa 3-16 Kilcummin 7-9A very high scoring game with our girls having tremendous second half but couldn’t get back the goals scored in the first half. A great performance though from Lauren O Connor, Grainne Spillane, Mairead Bennett and Maeve Fitzmartin.
