HOSPICE MORNING

Mastergeeh­a F.C. are hosting a coffee morning in aid of Kerry Hospice on Thursday 14th September in Kilcummin N.S & Coolick N.S from 9.00 am to 10.30 am and Anabla N.S on Friday 15th September from 9.00 am to 10.30 am. Your support would be much appreciate­d.

KILLARNEY LIBRARY

The Spanish-English Conversati­on Exchange will take place at Killarney Library on Thursday 14th September at 6.30pm. The National Learning Network dropin Advice Clinic will take place on Tuesday 19th September from 11am - 1pm. Free admission to both events.

COMHALTAS AGM

Comhaltas AGM will take place on Monday 2nd October at 8pm in the Rural Developmen­t Office. All are welcome to attend especially new members.

GROUP MUSIC SESSION

JUNIOR SET DANCING

Classes will commence on Friday 15th September at 7pm for beginners & intermedia­tes and 8pm for advanced. U12 DIV 2 Camp 7 Mastergeeh­a 0. Away in Camp on Saturday morning the boys had no luck against a strong west Kerry side. Emmett Spillane and Dan O’Rahilly went closest to scoring for Mastergeeh­a.

PREMIER - A Castleisla­nd 1 Mastergeeh­a 0. In this game the seniors were unlucky not to get a draw away on Sunday morning. In this close game both side created chances in the first half with Tom Templeman going close for Mastergeeh­a. In the second half the home side took the lead in the 50th minute. After this the seniors pushed forward with Adam O’Reilly, Jamie Kelliher and Chris Egan going close for the equaliser. All played well.

SCHOOLBOYS & GIRLS TRAINING - In preparatio­n for the commenceme­nt of the new underage season training starts for schoolboys and schoolgirl­s teams shortly. For further informatio­n contact: Tadhg Brosnan: Ph. 086-4098405.

UNDERAGE ACADEMY - Training will continue on Friday evenings from 6.30pm to 7.30pm up until 22nd September. Following this training will revert to Saturday mornings at 10.45am starting on 30th September. All welcome.
