The hills are calling in Annascaul

ANNASCAUL Walking club are hosting their annual walking festival on this October bank holiday weekend from Friday 27 to Monday 30.

The organising committee promise a schedule of walks to challenge all levels of walkers with a gentle start on Friday with the Night Tom Crean Trail road walk. Saturday and Sunday will include the difficult walk to Caherconree and Mount Brandon as well as one for those with an interest in archaeology. Rereshments will be supplied in Hanafin’s Bar after the walks each day.

All information on registration and walks is available on www.annascaulwalks.org Registration can be done on line and those entrants will be entered in a draw for a free place on the limited Tom Crean Challenge walk in June 2018.
