County Senior Championship Semi Final: Dr Crokes 5-13 West Kerry 0-14 Even though we won this game by a massive fourteen points there were periods during the game when some of our football was scrappy, especially in the first twenty minutes of the second half when our opponents scored 0-6 to our 1-3 even though they had to play with fourteen men. The final score probably flattered us as West Kerry played some very good football on and off over the hour. On Sunday our under 14s emerged victorious in the East Kerry Championship Division One Final after a tough battle against Legion in Fitzgerald Stadium.A a brilliant defensive display and some excellently worked scores secured a one-point victory in the end.
