DINGLE made it two wins on the trot and in the process moved to the top of the league table a point ahead of Fenit and Killarney Celtic who were on FAI Junior Cup duty on Sunday. The margin by which they won is alarming and the question everyone is asking ‘what has gone wrong at Tralee Dynamos, for so many years the kingpins of Kerry soccer?’ Sean Fitzgerald (4), Paudie Quinn (4) and Shane Houlihan scored for Dingle Bay Rovers.

DENNY PREMIER B Tralee Celtic 3 Classic FC 0

TRALEE Celtic stretched their unbeaten run to 7 games on Sunday with a comfortabl­e win over Classic FC. Greg Powell, Chris Kerins and Sean Maloney scored for the winners who are the side to beat in this division.

Killorglin 3 Camp United 2

KILLORGLIN moved up to second place in the division with a hard earned win over Camp United. Lee Carey, Pa Joy and Sean Costello scored for the winners and Fintan Herlihy and James Scanlon scored for Camp.

Mitchels Avenue 0 Killarney Celtic B 0

MITCHELS Avenue are struggling this season and they will have to start registerin­g wins quickly if they are to become involved in the title race. They had to settle for a point on Sunday held to a scoreless draw by Killarney Celtic B.

CSKA Tralee 3 AC Athletic 4

THIS game looked like it was heading for a 3-3 draw entering the final minute but like he has done so often in the past goal poacher supreme John Mike Dooley grabbed a late winner for AC Athletic. Joseph Diggin (2), Stephen Goggin and John Mike Dooley scored for AC while Craig Locke, Mike Griffin and Sean Maloney scored for CSKA Tralee.

DENNY DIVISION 1A CG Killarney 0 QPR 1

IN a close game on last Monday night QPR just edged out CG Killarney with Mark Reen scoring the goal that won the game. QPR were in action again on Sunday and recorded a great 2-1 win over Strand Road and this win takes them to the top of the table.

Inter Kenmare 7 Skeliga FC 1

IN the other game in this division Inter Kenmare had an emphatic win over Skeliga FC. Shane O’Sullivan (3), Darragh O Soichru (2), Daniel Taylor and Boki Nikic scored for Kenmare, and Anthony Cournane was the Skeliga scorer.

DENNY DIVISION 1B Castlegreg­ory Celtic 2 St Brendan’s Park 1

CASTLEGREG­ORY go 5 points clear at the top of the table after a crucial win in the top of the table clash. Brandon Hoare and Conor Shannon scored for the winners.

Windmill United 0 Listowel Celtic B 1

A BIT of a surprise here with Listowel Celtic B defeating title hopefuls Windmill United. One goal decided the game and it was scored by Stephen McCarthy.
