THE Intermediate School Killorglin is a caring, happy environment where students develop and discover areas of self-interest, and fulfilling their potential as young adults. The school Open day is on Saturday, November 18th from 1pm to 3pm and parents and students are invited to come along and see for themselves what the Intermediate School Killorglin has to offer.

“It’s a great opportunity to invite students and parents to the school and to see for themselves what it has to offer. The school is a focal point in the community and it attracts hundreds of students every year,” said School Principal, Joe O’Dwyer.

“Prospective students can view the broad range of subjects on offer and there will be many stalls on the day featuring extra-curricular activities that take place in our modern facilities that include two all-weather pitches. Meanwhile, economics is a subject that has been added to our curriculum this year. Guests will also get an opportunity on the day to taste some of the delicious food available from the school canteen. Be sure to drop in and visit us on November 18,” Joe concluded.

Deadline for enrolment applications is November 30.
