‘Mike the Pies’ in Listowel is set for an exciting end of year

IT’S set to be another exciting end to the year at the hugely popular ‘Mike The Pies’ bar in Listowel, with a number of bigname acts set to grace the venue.

Mark Geary, who spent his formative years playing music in New York City alongside his friend and fellow musician, Jeff Buckley, will join Susan O’ Neill (Son) this coming Thursday November 16 in the bar.

Susan recently supported the both ‘Ham Sandwich’ and Ryan Sheridan while Mark was joined on stage at this years Electric PIcnic by Glen Hansard.

Starting off the month of December will be the band ‘Touts’, who will play in the bar on Friday December 1 on their way to playing ‘Other Voices’ in Dingle. Up and coming artist, Stephanie Rainey, will make her ‘Mike the Pies’ debut on Thursday December 14.

Stephanie’s debut single ‘Please Don’t Go’ has over four million views on Facebook and three million plays on Spotify.

All tickets for these great upcoming shows are available on the ‘Mike The Pies’ website and they usually cost about €10 to buy.
