AS the end of the year approaches, the ‘IAM Sold Property Auction’ are reflecting on what has been a vibrant year in terms of properties sold. The auction team are celebrating an impressive run of 15 successful public auctions across Munster, Connacht and Leinster and the properties offered at these auctions ranged from family homes, investment properties, commercial buildings, with sites and several successful sales of agricultural holdings also prominent.

Company Directors Patrick Convey and Patrick Folan were delighted to announce a 96% sold rate on the 254 lots offered for sale this year.

“We are delighted with another successful year of public and online auctions under our belt. Again, this year most of our clients are private owners who are seeking to benefit from the increased exposure our auctions offer, along with the security of sale the auction process provides,” said Patrick Convey.

Mr Convey added that they do not charge clients an upfront entry or marketing costs and agree a realistic reserve price with them. “We are very proud to achieve an average of 96% sold this year, our highest rate to date. The company work with over 150 partner agents across Ireland and the success of our auctions is down to the large marketing campaigns we undertake in Ireland and abroad while also working in close partnership with our local partner estate agents,” he added.

IAM Sold Property Auctions are continuing to take entries for their online auctions which are ongoing and have 15 public auction events planned for 2018.
