The Kerryman (South Kerry Edition)
LAUNE RANGERS
CLUB SECRETARY
The Extraordinary general meeting scheduled for February 21 has been cancelled, as a nomination for club secretary – the only item on the meeting’s agenda – has been received. Following a meeting of the club Executive this evening, Laune Rangers are delighted to announce that we have ratified the appointment Muireann Arthurs as the new secretary of the club. Muireann’s appointment brings to an end Lisa Brennan’s term as secretary. Laune Rangers whole heartedly thank Lisa for the dedication and time she has given to the role for the past three years, and look forward to see her return to the club in some capacity in the not too distant future. LOTTO
Lotto Results for Sunday, February 11. There was no winner of the €20,000 jackpot. The numbers drawn were 01 – 12 – 18 – 24. The Consolation Prizes were won by the following: €100 Jerry and Margaret Somers – sold by Kerry; €50 the Quirke Family – sold by Mary Quirke; €25 Maurice Foley – sold by Mary Quirke; €25 Khanita Harmon – sold by Falveys. Next week’s lotto jackpot will be €20,000. We appreciate your continued support of our club lotto. Tickets are available throughout Killorglin or can be bought. Our lotto jackpot can not be greater that €20,000 as per the club’s lotto licence. Each week that the lotto is not won, €200 will be added instead to the next lotto starting jackpot after the €20,000 jackpot is won. Therefore, once the €20,000 jackpot is won, the new jackpot will not drop to €2,000, but will have an additional €200 in the new jackpot for all the weeks the €20,000 was not won. SENIOR
