Mitchels Avenue win a six goal thriller with AC Athletic

MITCHELS Avenue’s rich vein of form continued at Mounthawk Park on Sunday with an impressive win over AC Athletic.

David Courtney netted a brace for the winners, while Sean O’Reilly and Scott Hennessy completed the scorng for the Tralee side. Jordan Brick and Joseph Diggins scored for AC Athletic. Mitchels Avenue are now just three points behind the league leaders Tralee Celtic and they have a game in hand.
