The Kerryman (South Kerry Edition)

Kerry folks are chillin’ as they enjoy rare few days of snow

- By FERGUS DENNEHY

IT was late but thankfully, it was great; while it looked like for much of the week that we were to miss out on a few days of a winter wonderland – it all arrived late on Thursday night – much to the delight of the kids (and adults) around the county.

With the arrival of the winter wonderland, we here at The Kerryman sent out a request for the people of Kerry to send in their best snow pictures – and by jove, did you deliver!

Never has this writer’s phone or email inbox pinged so much as it did on Friday morning and afternoon as photos of snowmen, igloos, snow angels, Donald Trump and snow pianos flooded into my inbox.

Over the next few pages, we are delighted to show off a sample of just some of the fantastic photos that we have received over the past week – enjoy!
