THE 10th year of the amalgamation of both clubs at senior level (2009

start) sees the South Kerry duo back to square one in some respects. 2016 saw them win the Knockaderry Tournament due to being the last winners of the Novice Shield back in 2015

while they went on to get promotion to Division 4 come the end of the 2016 League. The going was just that bit too tough for them last year, not that it has been any different for a lot of

sides in both getting and staying out of the county’s basement. Top 4 will be the initial target.
