AFTER the highs of 2012 with a Novice success and a Division 3 placing

in the League, Scartaglin have hit the floor in a lot of respects especially in having to withdraw from all competitions in late 2017 when they simply didn’t have the numbers. They’ve

renewed themselves it would appear with the appointment of former Intermediate Championship winning manager with his native Currow Kieran Scanlon to their senior ranks and

they should be a lot more competitive in 2018. Whether it leads to a quick reversal of fortune is still a bit early to say but they will feel capable of a quick turnaround.
