On a more serious note, we wish to commend all the people from our community who cared for those unable to get out of their homes because of the weather. In particular, we acknowledge the efforts of personnel who ensured the sick in our hospitals, care facilities and private homes were looked after- by going above and beyond to get to their place of work. We hope you will be rewarded for your commitment and dedication. We also wish, all those from our community whom you care for, a speedy return to full health.

This week’s fixtures: Our seniors (sponsored by Larkins Bar and Restaurant/ Kelly’s Londis, Topshop), will have their 1st game in Division 2 of the County League at home to Currow, on Sunday next with a 2 pm throw in.
