Family that lost home in Tralee blaze thank public

-

A TRALEE family who lost their home in a fire two weeks ago have issued a heartfelt thank you to the people of Kerry who donated money to help them rebuild their lives.

Andrew Croshaw and his family were lucky to escape when their home at Fountain Court in Tralee was gutted by a fire.

Since then the community has rallied to help the family.

“Emma and I want to thank everyone that has helped our family though this devastating time,” said Andrew.

“The donations and the amount of support from everyone has been overwhelming. It has been nearly two weeks now and we will be moving into our new house this week which we had been offered to us after someone had heard about our misfortune,” Andrew said.

“I also want to thank Deputy Martin Ferris and Sinn Féin for their support as well. I’d like to say a special thank you James Percell and Kimberley Croshaw for all their support and everything they have been doing for us. We can’t thank them enough. Once again thank you to everyone from our family,” said Andrew.
