Happiest of Birthdays to Paddy Láidir

CONGRATULATIONS to Paddy Láidir O’Neill of Reenrusheen, Cahersiveen, who was 87 on Saturday March 3. PRIOR to emigrating to England in the ‘60s Paddy fished in the Rosmuc trawler owned by the late Seán Murt O’Connell and also worked his farm in Killalin. On returning to Cahersiveen in the ‘70s he resumed his trawler fishing activities and farming. Good luck to Paddy and his able assistant Tommy O’Connell in the upcoming lambing season.
