County Senior Football League Round I : A minute silence prior to match commencement was observed due to the untimely death of Donnchadh Cournane ,Renard .Donnchadh was a former Renard footballer and also due to the recent death of Patrick Casey mother Cromane .We extend our sincere sympathies to both families .The game was played in dry sunny conditions at Con Keating Park Cahirciveen on Sunday. Cromane opened scoring with two points from Darren Houlihan and a point from Emmet Casey .Two points from Mark Sugrue put first quarter score Renard 0-02 .Cromane 0-03 .Sean O Sullivan and Paul ,Patrick O Sullivan scored points with Mark Sugrue (0-02) and David O Sullivan (0-01) put Halftime score Renard 0-5 . Cromane 0-5 . Renard had most possession in the third quarter and points from Mark Sugrue and Daragh FitzGerald put Renard 0-09 .Cromane 0-05 .Sean O Sullivan and Daragh FitzGerald got points from frees .Two points in quick succession by Sean O Sullivan , a point by Mikey Houlihan and a point from free by Sean O Sullivan at end of normal time equalised scoring .Renard 0-10 .Cromane 0-10 .Two minutes in injury time Donnchadh Walsh got a point from play .A point from a 45 by Mark Sugrue at four minutes in injury time put Final Score Renard 0-11 .Cromane 0-11
