Senior Div Co League Rd 1 Spa 2-21 Rathmore 3-11 Spa had a great win against Rathmore at home.There are many positives to take from what was a fine all round team performance, not least the sight of the returning Liam Kearney who was imperious in the second half, and also the fact that we scored 2-21, of which all but one point was from play. Our next game is away to An Gaeltacht in a fortnight and based on todays evidence, management will have the panel in rude health for what will be a stiff test. This club is not only people living in Killarney! The club is welcoming members of all levels, from beginner level to advanced players, and would like to invite everyone (over 18) to join us and learn the skills of handball. (We do hope to include juvenile handball in the coming months). The group will be meeting every Friday night from 8pm-9pm at Spa GAA Club sports hall in Killarney, where two new 1-wall courts were recently completed.
