CROSS COUNTRY

Congratulations to Kerry Eager who had a great run in Waterford last Saturday. Kerry was competing in the All Ireland Junior Cross Country Final.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP

All members are advised to renew their membership as soon as possible. The price for adults is 30 Euro, juveniles 20 Euro. There are also a number of family packages available, full details of which can be found on the club website. New members are always welcome.

CO. ROAD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Kerry County Road Championships will take place in Currow on Sunday 25th March. To take part in this 5k race you must be an official member of an AAI club.

FIT4LIFE

Our Fit4Life Program will be starting in Beaufort shortly.This is an 8 week program aimed at anyone interested in taking up running. It is open to both men and women aged 16 upwards. It will be run 3 nights a week on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 7.30pm. If you are a beginner or want to get back into running, then this program is ideal for you. It consists of a run/walk strategy which will see you able to complete a 5k by the end of week 8. There is a once off cost of 30Euro for adults–registration fee with Star of the Laune AC.
