National Indoor Championships: Top marks this week goes to Shauna O’ Brien on winning the National Indoor Championships 1500m in Athlone, not alone that she also set a championship best performance of 4.40 for the event. What a weekend for Shauna , she received Munster Sports Star award at a gala function in Ennis on Friday night. Danielle O’ Riordan came 7th in U13 shot again putting in a personal best performance. We have more children out next weekend.

Kerry 5K Road Championships: Kerry 5K road championships are on in Currow next Sunday.

Upcoming Events: Easter Monday the Jack O’ Keeffe Juvenile Road races in Kiskeam and 4 mile road race.

BASKETBALL CLUB NEWS

Charity Clothing Collection Day: 24th March (10-12); 25th March (6-8) at Teach Failte : Gneeveguilla. Help National Council for the Blind and Gneeveguilla BC raise funds.

Bring your previously loved clothing, linen, curtains, belts, handbags and shoes (paired) in a plastic bag to Teach Failte. No duvets, cushions or pillows please.
