KERRY HOSPICE WALK

The annual sponsored walk in aid of Kerry Hospice will take place on Good Friday 30th March at Rossbeigh beach. Cards available from committee members, phone Mary at 9768592 or Evelyn 9768427 or at the Glenbeigh Post Office.BINGOBingo is being held each Wednesday at The Olde Glenbeigh Hotel starting at 9p.m. It is hoped to raise funds for the Glenbeigh Handball club. Come along and support as well as having some fun. CARERS SUPPORT GROUPThe next meeting will take place in the Glenbeigh Hotel on Thursday 22nd March. Meet for lunch at 1p.m. prior to meeting.

ALL-IRELAND HANDBALL FINALS MASTERS ‘’A’’ SINGLES - Congratulations to Dominick Lynch on winning the All-Ireland Master ‘’A’’singles title at Kingscourt, Co. Cavan on Sunday. He defeated Ricky Mc.Cann Co. Antrim 21-17 21-5 to add another title to his long list of honours.

JUNIOR SINGLES: Jack O’Shea lost to Gaelon Riordan Co. Wexford 21-10 21-9 in All-Ireland Junior Singles also played at Kingscourt, Co. Cavan.

FIXTURES: Players will travel to Banaghadreen, Co. Mayo this coming Saturday to play in All-Ireland Doubles Championship Master ‘’A’’Doubles. Dominick Lynch and J.J.Quirke will play Vinny Moran and John Dowling Co. Mayo

JUNIOR ‘’A’’DOUBLESJack O’ Shea and Rory O’ Connor will play Denis Creaton and J. Mc. Cann Co. Roscommon. Best of luck to all players.
