Captains Day timesheet

FEDERATION Captain John Fox welcomes the 2018 Kerry Captains to Ballybunion’s old course on Saturday April 21st for the Present Kerry Captains Day which is the Federation’s first event of the year.

The county’s sixteen club captains and their guests will play a fourball stableford competition over the famous links which just re-opened last weekend for the season after an extensive winter work programme which saw a brand-new eighteenth green constructed along with several other improvements to pathways and bunkers.

Following the fourball event, John Fox conduct the flag-raising ceremony to raise the Federation Flag which will fly proudly over Ballybunion for the year and immediately afterwards, dinner will be served in the main restaurant. Captains are asked to wear their captain’s blazers and guests their club colours.

Following the prize-giving ceremony after dinner, the draws for the Dr Billy O’Sullivan Shield and the Nines of Kerry Shield will take place.
