Under 12

THE Under 12’s season came to an end as they went out of the Subway SFAI Cup at the quarter final stage. They were beaten 3-1 in Cahir Park by South Tipperary. Jack Slattery got the Kerry goal.

NATIONAL CUP Under 14

LISTOWEL Celtic travelled to Limerick to take on Aisling Annacotty in the SFAI Skechers Munster Regional play-off. The game was a goal-fest with the sides sharing 8 goals by the end of extra time. Tony Boland (two), Robert Stack and Kieran O’Carroll were the Listowel Celtic scorers.

The Hoops showed great composure during the penalty shootout as they scored all five, while the Limerick side missed one. Listowel Celtic will now travel to Killorglin for the semi-final with the Park taking on Galbally in the other last four game.

JK SPORTS UNDER 12 Girls Premier

KILLARNEY Celtic’s Green girls are league champions after their 2-0 win over Inter Kenmare Blue. Fiana Bradley and Elizabeth Coffey for the Killarney Celtic goals in a cracking game between the two top sides in the League. Ellie Mai Nugent and Lucy O’Sullivan were also impressive for Celtic

JOHN MURPHY UNDER 12 CUP

Klllorglin B have qualified for the last sixteen of the cup after a 6-1 win over Park C.

Jack McGrath got two with Mathew Spillane, Gavin Mangan, Callum O’Sullivan and Cian O’Brien getting one each.

TOM HAYES UNDER 14

THE Park won 3-0 away at MEK to take their place in the last eight of the cup thanks to goals from Cianan Cooney, Messiah Chirwa and Odhran Ferris.

HEALY FAMILY UNDER 15 CUP

BALLYHEIGU­E were already through to the last eight of the cup and five more teams joined them this weekend.

Camp Juniors were 3-0 winners over Park C while the Park A won a five goal thriller against Killarney Athletic. John O’Connor scored twice for The Park with David Callaghan getting the third goal. Conor Horgan and Jason Lee got the Athletic goals.

Inter Kenmare defeated Fenit 2-1 to book their place in the next round. Pearse O’Brien and Corey Murphy got the Inter goals. Fenit had gone 1-0 up in the first half through Cian Cearney. Killorglin defeated Windmill United 7-0 and are also into the Round draw.

Listowel Celtic versus Killarney Celtic, Rattoo Rovers at home to Mastergeeh­a and Tralee Dynamos against Killorglin B are the outstandin­g last sixteen clashes.

MORIARTY’S CENTRA UNDER 11

FENIT and Camp Juniors enjoyed two games in the Premier and Division 1 North as the grading section of the 11’s came to an end. All these sides will be looking forward to the move up to trophy football next season.

QUILLS WOOLLEN MILLS UNDER 14 Girls Premier

LISTOWEL Celtic joined Inter Kenmare at the top of the Quills Woollen Mills Under 14 Girls Premier after their 4-1 win over Fenit.

Both of the top sides are now unbeaten in their four games. Kiera Large, Tara Enright, Kelly Enright and Ciara Henderson got the Listowel Celtic goals.

Muireann O’Brien was on the mark for Fenit who also had good displays from Laura Reilly and Lily Nowak.
