NEW DIRECTIONS

Are you thinking of going back to work? Unsure of the next step? NCCWN South Kerry have a new programme for women starting in Cahersivee­n at the end of April. New Directions will include free workshops on health and wellbeing, assertiven­ess and communicat­ion, personal skills, career planning and guidance, job searching, C.V. and interview preparatio­n.

The project is co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Social Fund as part of the Programme for Employabil­ity, Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020.

Join us for an informativ­e and fun evening on Womens health with chartered physiother­apist Corinne Evans at Tech Amergin in Waterville on Thursday, 19th April at 8pm. Corinne has her own style of energy and fun to introduce us to the ideas of healthy joints and self-care. Come along and join us Ladies, admission is just €5 - we have another great night in store !

TRIP TO BALLYMALOE

Plans are being put in motion This year, for our annual NCCWN South Kerry Womens Tour, we are going to Ballymaloe Cookery School House and Gardens in Cork on 23rd May. Ladies you are all welcome to join us, the more the merrier. Our annual tour has always proven to be a hugely popular fun event. More details to follow soon.
