Gannon hat-trick in Killorglin win

JK SPORTS UNDER 12 Premier

KILLORGLIN got the weekend’s action underway with a 4-0 win over Park. A Stevie Gannon hat-trick and one from Naill Tadgh O’Brien sees the move onto 22 points. They are level with Killarney Celtic at the summit, but have played a game more.

Girls Premier

CAMP Juniors are into third place after a 6-1 win over Fenit. Tirana Murphy hit a hat-trick for Camp with Eva Lyne getting two and Suvi O’Connor the other goal. Meah Carmody got the goal for Fenit who also had Katie Fitzmauric­e in good form.

Division 1

TRALEE Dynamos and Dingle Bay Rovers were involved in a nine-goal thriller with the Tralee side winning 5-4. James Hoare hit three for Dingle Bays Rovers which were added to by a Sean Roache goal.

DALY’S SUPERVALU UNDER 13 Division 1

FOLLOWING this weekend’s round of games in the Division 1 Inter Kenmare are in second place on eighteen points with Dingle Bay Rovers now on sixteen points as both sides have one game left in the battle for second place behind Listowel Celtic

Tralee Dynamos were 6-0 winners at home to Killarney Celtic B to move into fourth place. Tom and Evan Quilligan both scored two goals each with Liam Mahony and Sean Whelan getting one each for Dynamos.

Division 2

FENIT met and defeated Killorglin B to open a winning gap at the top of the table. They had goal from Gearoid O’Connor, Alex McGrath, Paddy Falvey, Oisin McGibney and Billy Doyle.

To make it an even tougher day for Killorglin B they drop to third with St Brendans Park’s win over Killarney Athletic B meaning they are now on fifteen points with Killorglin B on thirteen with a game each left. The Park’s scorers were Bobby Byrne (three), Sean Moynihan, Conor Cronin and Stephen Barrett.

KILLARNEY PLAZA UNDER 15 Premier

THE battle of the sides playing for pride was won by Inter Kenmare who enjoyed a 2-1 home win over Mastergeeh­a. Aodhan MacGearail­t and Caleb Brosnan scored for Inter with Cian Foley getting the Mastergeeh­a goal.

Division 1

KILLARNEY Athletic still have a few games to play and will be looking to move up the table and got three points from their game with Killorglin B who finish their campaign in third place.

Division 2

RATTOO Rovers 3-1 win over the Park B gave them the perfect League season with 10 wins from 10 games played. Darragh Quinlan, Martin Brosnan and Ryan O’Leary were the Rattoo goal scorers.

Dingle Bay Rovers are up to second place and are on twelve points from their eight games with Ballyheigu­e now down to third place on nine points, but they have two games in hand.
