FIRIES COMMUNITY GAMES

The annual sports evening will take place on Tuesday 1st May in Farranfore field at 6pm. Races will be run off from u8 to u16 for qualifiers for Community Games athletics finals to be held in Riocht on 23rd & 24th June. All children living in the Firies, Farranfore and Ballyhar area are welcome to take part. There are also fun and novelty races for everyone to take part. These will be 3 legged race, sack race, wheelbarro­w races and potato & spoon races so please bring equipment needed for these races. Entrance fee 2euro per child or 5euro per family. All welcome. Good luck to the boys u13 soccer team who are taking part in their competitio­n on Sunday. Skittles trials are taking place presently, if anyone else wishes to take part
