The third annual Dick Fitzgerald Cup takes place in Castleisland Golf Club from Friday to Sunday May 18-20. The completion was launched in the Woodlands House Hotel and Spa last weekend, and the Fitzgerald family are delighted that Dick is being honoured by Castleisland GC where he was born. Present for the launch were Dick’s wife Mary, sons Richard and Conor, and daughter Elayna along with representatives from the Golf Club including Club Captain Denis O’Sullivan, Lady Captain Mary Ann Downes, President Patsy Sweeney, Club secretary Mairead Guirey and organiser of Dick Fitzgerald competition John Manton.

The format again is a 4-man team, a fourball and 2 singles at a cost of €100 per team.

There are great prizes sponsored by the Fitzgerald family including four weekends away for two people in either The Woodlands House Hotel and Spa in Adare or their twin Hotel Vienna Woods in Glanmire Cork.
