Kathleens CD Launch
I THINK it’s fair to say everybody knows Kathleen O’Sullivan of ‘The Upper Deck’, that mighty St Marys, South Kerry and Kerry supporter.
Kathleen is now gone into the music production business ably assisted by in her own words “sure I have my A team the two Christys (O’Connell and Riordan)”.
Kathleens CD titled ‘Kathleen’s Upper Deck’, which includes a song from every club in South Kerry launched by Kerry’s most famous lady footballer Mary Jo Curran this Saturday night at 8.30pm in the Pulse Night Club, Cahirsiveen.
All proceeds go towards Cunamh Iveragh that great association working for people with special needs in South Kerry. MC for the night is outstanding Radio Kerry GAA commentator Glencar man Ger O’Connor.
Music by Eddie Lee and Paddy Casey. Should be a great night. Well worth a visit. Best wishes from all in the South Kerry Board.
Commiserations
COMMISERATIONS to Colaiste na Sceilge Under 16 team and management on losing out to a cracking Bishopstown outfit in Lewis Road Killarney on Tuesday last.
This experience can only benefit all involved and with GDA PJ Reidy working tirelessly with the college a major improvement is taking place in the college that brought the Hogan Cup to Iveragh for the first time in 2009.
Best Wishes to the Colaiste Under 15 team and management who take on Inbhear Sceine Kenmare in the County Final next Thursday, May 17 venue and time to be confirmed.
