ON Sunday, June 17. Currow Cycling Club and Currow Ladies Football Club will combine their efforts to host their annual Leisure Cycle.
The cycle is a perfect warm -up for the Ring of Kerry Cycle, with three courses available on the day. There’s an over-20 kilometres; 60 kilometres and 100 kilometres option. This is the fifth year of the cycle and it has attracted big crowds every year so far.

The short course goes to Davy Roche’s Cross and into Castleisland, on to Camp Cross on the Tralee Road, and to Dysert Cross, turning right on the road back to Currow.
The 60-km course goes via Davy Roche’s Cross, Castleisland, Tralee, Castlemaine, Firies Cross, Ballyfinane, Currans, Farranfore and back to Currow.
The long course goes to Davy Roche’s Cross, Castleisland, Tralee, Castlemaine, Milltown, The Golden Nugget, Aghadoe, Two Mile School, Firies cross, Ballyfinane, Currans, Farranfore and back to Currow.
