Broadening the Nicks appeal...

-

THE importance of ‘locality’ can’t be overstated enough when it comes to business and for the Houlihan family this is the kernel of their aspirations at Nicks Restaurants. It’s a place revered by evening diners. However, with a quality early bird menu, Sunday lunch and facility for private functions, the restau- rant aims to expand its rapport with diners. In short: Nicks is a restaurant that everyone needs to experience. All the staff hired by the previous proprietor have stayed on which retains a sense of familiarity. Piano and live acts are also a regular feature which adds its own special atmosphere to Nicks.

“We want to extend a Nicks welcome to everyone by celebrating the food we prepare and the wonderful surrounds we have. We want all our customers to have an affinity with Nicks, which is why we believe it should be made more inclusive,” Sinead said.

“Nicks will continue to provide quality fine dining but we also want families and customers who haven’t tried Nicks to share in the experience. The restaurant’s atmosphere and décor make it perfect for private functions, meetings, christenings and birthdays.”

Nicks is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm to close. Sunday lunches start from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. Nicks will shortly extend its opening hours to cater for the busy tourist season opening at 5pm daily. For bookings call: 066 976 1219.
