HANGING FLOWER BASKETS

Currow Rural Development Committee wishes to thank all those who have sponsored the hanging flower baskets to date. Only three baskets remain, if families or groups of friends would like to share the cost of a basket you are very welcome to do so. FIRST FRIDAY

of July is next Friday. Mass in Currans Church on Thursday at 7.30pm and in Currow Church on Friday at 7.30pm. Communion to the housebound on Friday from 11am. Confessions after Masses during the week and next weekend.

CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to Mrs Kay O’Connor on her retirement as teacher in Scoil Mhuire agus Naomh Treasa. We thank her for her many years of service in education in the Parish.

DEATHS

The death occurred last week of Mrs Elsie O’Mahony (nee) Prendiville, Bullockfield Castleisland. Deepest sympathy is extended to her family, extended family, grandchildren, neighbours and many friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
