MEADOWLANDS CHEQUE PRESENTATION
After a hugely successful weekend of celebration and events, the Mahuna family and the staff of the hotel handed over a cheque for €22,820 on Thursday. We were blown away by this and we are so grateful to all who took part and to all who supported in any way. The Meadowlands celebrated their 20th annivasary with a host of events and decided to raise money for the Kerry Hospice Foundation at the same time. We can not thank the Mahunas enough for this huge cheque presentation which will be put to great use towards the running of the day unit and the new inpatient unit. We would just also like to congratulate you on this big milestone and wish you all the best for the next 20 years in business.
FOUR PEEKS
Well done to all who completed the Four Peek challenge last week. This group are doing this for the last couple of years and have raised huge money for the Kerry Hospice.
Day 1 - Carrauntoohil and Purple mountains.
Day 2 - Brandon and Caherconree. A huge thank you to all the organisers and well done to all who took part and especially in the hot temperatures.
RING OF KERRY
Don’t forget this weekend is the Ring of Kerry and you can still register to cycle for Kerry Hospice. We would be delighted if you would cycle on our behalf.
