DEFIBRILLATORS

On behalf of Portmagee First Responders we would like to sincerely thank all the businesses and boat owners who have contributed to date to our fundraising appeal to purchase defibrillators for the Portmagee area. We have almost reached our target to purchase one defibrillator but our aim at present is to provide two for the Local area.

We are still accepting donations. If anyone would like to contribute please drop to Mark @ Portmagee Post Office of Community Centre Office. Many thanks.

SKELLIG RANGERS

10th anniversary of the Ladies Breast Cancer Event was held on Saturday 23rd June. A Great day was had by all with such fantastic support. We would like to thank each and everyone of the South Kerry clubs and their fantastic management from Senior ladies right to our underage for the support over the past 10 years. Without the participation in the events we wouldn’t have reached our 10th year so a big thank you. To our volunteers who bake, ref’s, umpires, our MC Tommy Gilligan, those who help set up before the event and all our volunteers who help on the day over the past number of years a big big thank you, it is impossible to run an event without the help so thank you.

To people that sponsored the raffle, and gave supplies on the day, Walsh’s Supervalue, Skellig Chocolates, Devlin’s Centra, The Royal Hotel, The Sea Lodge, Fogarty Centra Waterville, Sneem Hotel, Smugglers Cafe & Restaurant, Dingle ocean world, The Aquadome, Lee strand (Anthony Sullivan & Dan Courtney )and musgraves Killarney.
