Sporting greats gathering to support Recovery Haven
THE finest names in the sporting world will descend on the Ballyroe Heights Hotel at the end of this month as they lend their support to Recovery Haven.
‘An Evening of Sporting Greats’ will take place on Friday, November 30 ,and will see GAA greats Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh and Aidan O’Mahony; horse racing guru Ted Walsh; and Ireland’s women’s rugby captain Ciara Griffin take part in a panel on the night.
Up for discussion on the night will be the career highlights of all the greats involved, with a Q&A session planned with the audience afterwards – and a few interesting questions are bound to crop up, of course.
With talks of a few more Irish sports stars being added to the bill before the night, it is sure to be a very exciting night of sports banter and anecdotes – all in aid of the worthiest of causes.
Organisers of the night said they are delighted to have such big names on board.
