Barradubh Couch To 5K: Couch to 5K training will continue each Monday & Thursday up to and including December 13th, training will resume again after Christmas. Our Santa Fun Run/ Walk will be held on Saturday December 15th at 10.00 am. There will be a 2500m & 5000 m run / walk. Both races will start together in Barradubh New Field, and heading towards Shronedraugh road. Entry fee Adult €7.00 , juveniles €4.00 family €12.00. Buggys are allowed and if any dogs they must be on a lead. All proceeds will go St Josephs Day Care Centre Rathmore. Sponsorship cards are available from Nora O’ Connor, Breeda McAuliffe or Joan Warren or St Josephs Day Care centre. €2.00 per line or €5.00 for three lines. There will be a draw for all names on sponsorship cards which are to be returned by December 13th. There will be prizes for 1st 3 men & 1st 3 ladies, 1st 3 U16 boys & girls. Registration in the New pavilion from 9.00 am onwards.

Munster Senior Mens & Ladies Cross country & Juvenile Un Even ages: Due to be held in Tullamore next Sunday, best of luck to all athletes from the club who will be travelling to this event.
