Killorglin on top in U-15 Premier

U-15 PREMIER

KILLORGLIN are the team to catch in the Killarney Plaza U-15 Premier and are now unbeaten in their 4 games. They had to come from behind to beat Ballyhar 2-1 at home. Charlie Keating put the visitors ahead but late goals from Eoghan Hassett and Adam Owens gave Killorglin the win.

It became even better for Killorglin when two of their rivals the Park and Killarney Celtic drew 2-2. Celtic led twice through Dylan Roche and Mike McCarthy but the Park levelled on both occasions with goals from Cianan Cooney and Nathan Rogers.

U-15 DIVISION 1

CASTLEISLA­ND went into their home game in the Killarney Plaza U-15 Division 1 against joint second placed Fenit unbeaten in three games but it was the visitors who took the three points to now lead the Division by a point.

Eddie McCarthy was the Fenit hero getting both their goals but they have a game more played than Castleisla­nd.

Mastergeeh­a started the day level with Fenit and now share top spot after they saw off Killarney Celtic B at Kilbrean Park. Donagh Fahy, Mark O’Shea, Dara O’Shea, Jack Higgins, Daniel Horgan and Colin O’Leary all got on the scoresheet for Mastergeeh­a.

U-15 DIVISION 2

MEK have moved into the lead in the Killarney Plaza U-15 Division 1 after they beat Tralee Dynamos. They lead by three points but have played two games more than Listowel Celtic. Shane Evans (2), Kevin Harant and Eddie Moroney scored for MEK.

Inter Kenmare are up to joint third after their win over Killorglin B. Their goals came from Adem Gul (3), Yago Cornide (2), Jamie O’Regan and Darragh O’Connor.
