PILATES SESSION

Pilates session with Lesley Mc Vean. A new 6 week course in Pilates will begin in the Halla Pobail, Ballinskelligs on Wednesday 6th February from 11.00am 12.00pm. It has been organised by Sceilg le Cheile. The course is being part funded by a subsidy granted by Age and Opportunities “Go For Life” programme. All welcome.

YOGA CLASS AT NIGHT

in the Ballinskelligs Community Centre, Monday, at 7.00pm . What you’ll need, a Yoga mat(some available if you don’t have one), a bottle of water, blanket or warm clothes for the relaxation at the end of the class, warm comfortable stretchy clothes, footwear bear feet or socks. Try not to eat much at least one hour before class.
