Congratula­tions to Bryan Sheehan on getting the senior Player of the Championsh­ip and Oisin Moran on winning the young player of same competitio­n in an awards ceremony in Franks Corner last week.

AUTUMN AMBLES:

Meet every Wednesday @ 10am at the Old Library (Cahersivee­n Community Resource Centre) to car pool. Walks approx 2 hours at an easy going pace to suit all. All welcome to join us for one or all of our walks. Comfortabl­e shoes, hiking boots are best for cross country walking with some small hills. The sun has shone on us so far but you would be advised to bring a rainjacket & waterproof trousers just in case. Call Gerry on 086-8587680 for further info.
