PILATES SESSION

Pilates session with Lesley Mc Vean. A new 6 week course in Pilates will begin in the Halla Pobail, Ballinskel­ligs on Wednesday 6th February from 11.00am 12.00pm. It has been organised by Sceilg le Cheile. The course is being part funded by a subsidy granted by Age and Opportunit­ies “Go For Life” programme. All welcome.

On Wednesday card night is on in the Ballinskel­ligs Community Centre at 8.00pm.

OPEN DAY

Waterville Community First Responders will hold an Open day on Sat 9th Feb in the Sea Lodge Hotel from 12noon to 3pm with light refreshmen­ts provided.

There is no charge and this is an informatio­n session on the role and function of CFR’s, to highlight their importance in our community and guest speakers will discuss topics such as the importance of CPR, the location of our Public Access Defibrilla­tors so forth and we may have a real life SCA survivor to tell his tale.

Waterville CFR hope you can attend for any period of time you can between 12&3pm and also try some of the Fun games on CPR.
