CHEQUE PRESENTATI­ONS

Four Peaks: The gang who do the four peaks challenge for the last number of years have again raised over €5000 after this year’s event. The KFPC gang have now raised over €27,000 for the Kerry Hospice Foundation and we can not thank them enough for their support. A huge thank you to Kevin and his gang for this magnificen­t effort and of course we thank all who took part and supported.

BRIDGE BAR’S ANNUAL CHRISTMAS WALK

Thank you to all Bridge Bar Rathmore whose Annual Christmas Walk raised €3210 for Kerry Hospice Foundation/Palliative Care. Thanks to Tim Dennehy and friends and all who supported in any way.

DAVEY’S WALK

A huge well done and thank you to all the organisers of Davey’s walk which took place on St Stephens Day from Blackwater Tavern to Loughbrin. We are so grateful to you all for this presentati­on and we thank all who supported and took part in the event. There was a large turnout out on the day and over €2600 was raised for Kerry Hospice Foundation/Palliative Care. We are so grateful to you all for this presentati­on and we thank all who supported and took part on the event.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Don’t forget registrati­on is still open for the Optimal Fitness 10 miler and 5 km which takes place on the 16th of February. That night, Bon Jovee will take to the stage in the Brandon with tickets still available in the in the Brandon Hotel, Paco Tralee and Horans Health stores.

The 17th of February sees the Brendan O’Leary memorial walk take place in Kilcummin at 2 o’clock.

On the 2nd Of March, Gerald Bythell will do am endurance marathon around Torc Mountain. Best of luck with this Gerald and he has a good fund me if you would like to support him.

COACH CONVOY

The 9th of March sees the Coach Convoy take to the roads of West Kerry. Tickets on sale now for €25 and it promises to be a great day full of entertainm­ent and amazing sites. Get in touch with Kerry Hospice Foundation if you would like tickets or the Inch/ Annascaul Branch.
