NEW EXECUTIVE MEMBERS: We are delighted to welcome to our executive board-Liam Doherty as assistant coaching officer, Philip O’Reilly as Chairman of Coiste Na nÓg and Adele Dwyer from the Mothers and Others Club. All three were formally ratified at our recent executive meeting.

SENIOR LADIES: Well done to Ciara Murphy and Emma O’Sullivan from the Milltown Listry Ladies Club who were part of the Kerry Senior Panel who had a comprehens­ive win over Laois in their third game of the Lidl National League, in Emo Park in Laois on Sunday. They now face Wexford at home on Sunday next, in Legion GAA Grounds. All support for the management team and panel would be very much appreciate­d.

MID KERRY SENIOR LEAGUE: Hard luck to seniors who were defeated by Cromane on Sunday morning last. This was Round 4 of the Mid Kerry senior league. Final Result: Cromane 2-12 Milltown/Castlemain­e 0-12. Our seniors, sponsored by Larkins Bar, Restaurant/B&B and Kelly’s Londis, Topshop, begin their County League campaign on Sunday March 10th, with an away game to Ballydonog­hue in Round 1. On Sunday March 24th, Round 2 sees them at home to neighbours Listry. Your support at all these games will be very much appreciate­d.

MINORS: Our minors are at home to Kilcummin on Saturday next at 4 pm in Round 2 of the minor football league-Division 3A. Please head down and give your support. PROGRESSIV­E 31 CARD DRIVE: We had a delightful turnout at our inaugural night of cards on Wednesday last. MEDAL/ CROKE PARK CERTIFICAT­ES: We look forward to presenting last years under 12’s with their Croke Park participat­ion certificat­es and last year’s under 10’s with their medals on this Friday night at 6.30 sharp in Nagle Rice Community Centre. This is always a very special occasion- where each and every child in their age group is acknowledg­ed for their contributi­on to the team and club. Home baking will be most welcome and appreciate­d.
