ST PATRICKS DAY PARADE

The 31st St.Patricks Day Parade is on Sunday March 17th @ 3pm. This year we have 3 prizes of €500, €300 & €200 (Sponsored by Vintners Association) for the best 3 entries. GRACE LYNCH

Well done to Grace running for IRELAND who came 3rd recently and she also got a new Personal Best of 10 sec......Huge excitement. Well done Grace.

FOILMORE COMMUNITY CENTRE:

Dance at Foilmore Community Centre on March 9th. Music by Peter Lane & Blackwater Sound. Doors open @ 9pm/dancing @ 9.30. Adm €10. WILD FLOWERS DAY: Tidy Towns are planting wild flower seeds on Saturday March 16th at various sites around the town. Meet at Car Park @10am. All welcome to volunteer their services.

SPRING SAUNTERS

Spring Saunter meet each Wednesday morning-10am at the Old Library to car pool. Walks include small hills, cross country & coastal walks. Walks usually 2/3 hours at a leisurely pace. All welcome to join us/no charge for these walks. I also provide guiding services for a day or half day on hill and coastal walks tailored to suit your interest and abilities. I also have a very entertaining Literary and Historical Tour of the town of Cahersiveen. Call Gerry on 086-8587680 for details.
