Intreo are holding a Kenmare Information Fair for Job Seekers and training opportunities at the Adult Education Centre, BellHeights, Kenmare, on Wednesday 27th March 2019 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Information on Department Supports and Schemes, explore local training options and see the local services available, meet with Disability Support Services and talk to career mentors and get information on CV’s and interview techniques. VINTAGECLUB
The Roughty Valley Vintage Club are having their Annual Vintage and Classic Car Spring Run on Sunday 31st March 2019, leaving Kilgarvan Village at 12:00pm. They will be heading to the Red Fox Inn via Backwater, Ballaghbeama Gap and Caragh Lake. Sign on from 11:00am in the Kilgarvan Community Centre, entry fee is €20. There will a free souvenir for each entrant, optional visit to the Bog Village, also the presentation of the Joey Sweeney Memorial Trophy. Refreshments provided. Anyone who would like a spin in a vintage car on the day is most welcome. Just ask anyone of us on the morning and we can arrange this. LITTLE ACORNS
Little Acorns Creche & Preschool are holding a Family Day of Fun on Sunday 14th April 2019 12:00pm - 4:00pm, at the Michael J Quill Centre, Kilgarvan. €5 per Child which includes egg hunt and bouncy castle. €3 per Adult. There will be an Easter hat competition, Obstacle course and Raffle, etc. Lots of prizes. Refreshments available. Come along for a great day of family fun.
