Féile Peil na nÓg–Hard luck but very well played to our U14s who narrowly lost out in the Féile B final in Spa today against Listowel. Having won their respective semi-finals both teams served up a very exciting final in front of a large crowd in perfect conditions. We were six points down with a matter of minutes left but showed great determination to score two late goals to level matters. Listowel however scored a deciding free at the end to win the honour of representing Kerry in Féile in Galway later his year. Our boys can be very proud of their performances today. We wish Listowel the very best of luck in Féile and many thanks to Spa for their excellent hosting of the competition today.
