Dott’s Bar, popular with local trade and hotel guests, provides a full drinks menu and extensive bar food menu.

New to The Rose Hotel is the gorgeous Rós Buí terrace, where the menu is a relaxed style of dining with a sense of fun as you can select dishes to share and graze with friends or enjoy some light bites and drinks before dinner.

Meanwhile, time stands still at the hotel’s Serenity Spa where the bespoke treatment rooms provide a tranquil space to relax. A fully equipped gym is also provided and there’s compliment­ary car parking and WIFI throughout the hotel.

The hotel has a staff forum where employees have an input in initiative­s in the hotel, plus there’s an ‘employee of the quarter’, team bonding outings and staff parties. Proprietor­s Dick and Eibhlín Hengglér strive to use local suppliers and contractor­s, and also highlight local amenities and attraction­s to guests.
