THE Sports Recovery Suite provides a range of performance recovery solutions for athletes and sports enthusiasts.

Clients are exposed to recovery equipment and strategies that were once only accessible to professional level athletes.

The Sports Recovery Suite boasts equipment such as Hypervolt massage guns, myofascial release equipment, Normatec recovery boots, Cryotherapy bath, infrared sauna and jacuzzi.

Each piece of equipment has been carefully selected as each has scientific research to support its use in athlete recovery. This new business is unique in Kerry and our clients and staff are very excited about the potential of the business.

Founded by Eoin Joy, he says clients have been very supportive and explain that they have been waiting for a facility like this to allow them recover quicker from sessions which then allows them to train more frequently. Just months in business, The Sports Recovery Suite already has regular customers from all over Limerick as well as North Cork, as no similar business exists in their regions either.

“The idea for this business came from my time working in Australian Football during my time in Melbourne,” says Aidan.

“I had seen many of these recovery type facilities during my time there and believed that the people of Kerry and beyond would greatly benefit from such a facility. “We are now delighted to be dealing with numerous athletes from a variety of different sports. “In a time where people are traininng smarter and investing time in their recovery strategies, the Sports Recovery Suite has provided them with an easy solution.”
