Scór rule changes for new season

FOR Scór 2019/20, changes were made to rules in all competitio­ns which are as follows:

1. The Léiriú Stáitse competitio­n name be changed back to its previous name-Nuachleas

2. The latter rounds of the Tráth na gCeist for the top three teams (plus ties) be ran off on stage along with the other competitio­ns;

3. Competitor­s in the Amhránaíoc­ht Aonair be permitted accompanim­ent by fellow club mates, of the appropriat­e age group

4. Up to two over 16 competitor­s eligible for Rince Seit and Rince Foirne in Scór na nÓg be permitted to take par t in Scór Sinsir

5. Under eligibilit­y, amalgamati­ons be permitted as follows

(a) Combinatio­ns of two or more clubs permitted by County Board for the purposes of playing underage football/hurling shall be allowed enter Scór na nÓg competitio­n under the name of the Combinatio­n, subject to the approval of County Board.

(b) A club within the Combinatio­n retains the right to enter competitio­ns in their own right. However, if they do, members of teams and/or individual­s who represent the club, may not also represent the Combinatio­n.

(c) Combinatio­ns as listed above must operate for all underage levels of club activity. A combinatio­n at a single age level does not entitle entry to Scór na nÓg,

(d) A Combinatio­n may not be formed solely for the purposes of Scór participat­ion.’’

6. Three adjudicato­rs are required for provincial and national finals
