The Currow Currans Community Games AGM will be held in Currow Community Centre on Tuesday, Oct 29 at 8pm. All very welcome.

First Confession will take place in Currow Church on Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

First Holy Communion will take place in Currow Church on Saturday, May 21, 2020.

Sacrament of Confirmati­on will take place in Currow Church on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

KILLEENTIE­RNA YOUTH CLUB

The Club is up and running for the 2019/2020, with a huge number of young people in attendance again this year. On Friday October 11th the Club went on its first Outing of the year when 147 members travelled to the Bowling Alley in Tralee and had a great night out. Leaders Erin O’Connor, Lorna O’Shea, Maeve Leane, Edel Brosnan, Ciara Fitzgerald and Moss Leane were in charge on the night. We would like to thank Paudie Collins for all his help organising Busses at short Notice.

On this Friday October 25th the Club will be travelling to Killarney for the No Name Club’s Mid Term Disco in Mc Sorley’s. The bus will leave Currow Village at 7.15 p.m and will not be going to Castleisla­nd as previously announced.

The Bus will return to Den Joe’s in Castleisla­nd at 11.30p.m approx and to Currow Village at 12.15 a.m approx. The cost of entry to the Disco is €10 (the money raised goes to Charity) and the Cost of the Bus will be €5. If you want to go to the Disco and have not given your name at the Club on last Friday night then please put it up on the Club’s Facebook page or give it to a Leader before Wednesday October 23rd. Names received after this date will not be able to travel as it is too short notice to organise a bus Seat.On Friday November 1st the Club will be Closed for the Mid-Term Break.
